Qualifications

  • At least fifteen (15) years’ cumulative work experience, three (3) at Assistant Director level.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Management, or equivalent.

  • Master’s Degree in HRM, HRD, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Transport & Logistics, or equivalent.

  • Postgraduate Diploma in HRM, Industrial Relations, or equivalent.

  • Membership to a relevant professional body.

  • Certificate in Leadership Course.

  • Valid practicing license where applicable.

  • Demonstrated merit and ability.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review administrative policies, strategies, and procedures.

  • Coordinate workplace environment, safety, hygiene, and sanitation.

  • Manage administrative personnel.

  • Oversee transport and logistics.

  • Control equipment location and movement.

  • Maintain custody of assets registers.

  • Manage office space and resources.

  • Oversee infrastructure and equipment maintenance.

  • Prepare departmental budgets and work plans.

  • Provide advice to the Board and CEO.

  • Manage outsourced services and ensure SLA compliance.

  • Prepare periodic reports.

  • Address staff training needs.
