Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for supporting the Marketing and selling of Company properties with the aim of building a strong positive brand image of NHCC, Customer base and identifying opportunities for growing sales volume, market shares and profitability to grow future business.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in developing marketing strategies for Company projects.

  • Sells Company properties/products that NHCC acquires and develops for sale.

  • Participate in developing marketing plans for consideration and approval by the Head of Sales and Marketing.

  • Compile, update customer databank, forward to supervisor and follow up on them to ensure increased sales for Company properties/products.

  • Report customer complaints promptly and ensure follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Prepares and submits monthly and adhoc reports on sales made, customer interactions, and any other related issues/feedback

  • Perform any other duties as may, be assigned from time to time, by the Sales, Marketing & Customer Care Assistant.

    Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree Business Administration (Majoring in Marketing), International Business Relations, or Marketing or a closely related and relevant discipline from a recognized University.

  • Possession of Specialized training in Customer Service and Care, from a recognized institution will be an added advantage

  • Proven knowledge and skills in application of MS Office Packages (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential)

  • Relevant working experience of two (2) years, as a Sales, Marketing and Customer
    Care Assistant or in a similar position, in a large and reputable public or private sector organization.
