National Government Affirmative Action Fund Customer Care Assistant Jobs in Kenya; Reporting to the Principal Corporate Communication Officer, the Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for manning the reception desk and switchboard, attending to visitors, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting the implementation of corporate communication policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and collate data for the development, implementation, and review of corporate communication policies, strategies, regulations, and procedures.

Man the reception desk and switchboard.

Maintain good ambience in the reception area.

Profile visitors.

Respond to visitors’ queries and telephone inquiries.

Receive, screen, and direct visitors to designated offices and areas.

Record and confirm visitors’ appointments.

Issue visitors’ passes.

Maintain daily record of visitors’ details.

Receive correspondence delivered at the reception and dispatch to relevant office.

Distribute relevant Fund brochures to customers.

Attend to telephone calls.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Customer Care, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Customer Service, Front Office, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Met the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
