Monitor Publications Limited, a Nation Media Group Company is Uganda's most influential media house, operating The Daily Monitor. Saturday Monitor and Sunday Monitor newspapers, 93.3KFM, 90.4 Dembe FM. Nation Couriers. Monitor Digital and the online Monitor Business Directory.

We are looking for qualified and experienced, results' oriented Courier Sales Agents to source new business and service existing clients so as to maximize on revenue generation and collection to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Aggressively grow courier business by conducting sales visits to potential and existing clients. 'Collect dues on all courier services sold on credit.

"To maintain sales contacts with authorized representatives of major courier clients and to follow-up and resolve any complaints.

Handle all customer complaints and give feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and growing client portfolio.

'Regularly review operations with courier sales manager for efficient service delivery
'Visits identified prospective clients.

Discusses business opportunities and facilitates signing of appropriate contracts

Requirements

Basic University Degree from an

accredited institution Professional: Diploma in Sales & Marketing

Experience: 1 to 2 years working experience in sales related field

'Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High drive for results

'Very high personal standards 'Good Proposal writing skills

Ability to build strong relationships

'Appreciation for numbers

'Strong customer focus

"Good planning and organizing skills
