Our client is a global network of Engineering Service Solutions providing maintenance for power generation, desalination, and water pumping plants. They are looking to hire a talented Accountant Payable for a 1-month temporary contract.

To provide the necessary accounting and finance support within the finance department, supporting regional business growth. The Accounts Payable (Temp) will be based in Dubai and have a reporting line to the Accounts Supervisor and Finance Manager for supporting the completion of the management accounts and meeting reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, or any relevant education

At least 3 to 5 years experience in accounts payable in the UAE

Fluency in Tagalog Language

is preferred

Strong knowledge of general accounting procedures proactive individual focused on system and reporting improvements

Payroll experience is a plus

Experience in preparation of balance sheet accounts

Knowledgeable of relevant accounting software; Sage 50 would be desirable

Accounting-related certification ie ACCA is an advantage but not a must

Proficient in data entry and management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, or any relevant education
