  • Accurate, rich data drives the quality of our work, and enables us to continuously improve our program implementation and advocate for systemic, large-scale reforms.

Namati intentionally structures our monitoring and evaluation with learning in mind. This includes evaluating where and how paralegals can be effective at resolving injustices but also, crucially, includes more granular, methodological insights on how to maximize their impact.

  • Supporting M&E staff in visualizing data in a variety of formats using best practices
  • Reviewing grant proposals and reports for alignment to established data tracking systems
  • Supporting M&E staff to proactively generate data for grant reports in line with donor reporting requirements
  • Designing strategies for building the capacity of M&E staff and supporting the group to deepen their expertise over time
  • Organizing and facilitating quarterly group convenings
  • Helping M&E staff train partners and paralegals
  • Identifying, storing, and when needed developing resources on a variety of M&E topics
  • Developing and refining global key performance indicators that capture core dimensions of Namati’s work
  • Identifying indicators for cross-cutting grant proposals
  • Coordinating with Development and Communications teams to ensure consistency in how Namati frames and reports impact to external audiences
