Job Title

Senior Credit Officer - Claims

Reporting to the Credit Operations Manager, this position will ensure timely submission of all insurance claims while ensuring timely resolution of arising matters from the providers.

Qualifications

Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a business related course with professional accounting qualifications with 1-3 years experience in a similar position in the insurance or health care business.

In addition this position requires active knowledge of health care insurance requirements.

Customer Focus, Team Work, Managing performance, Results Oriented, Reliability with demonstrated interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism and ethics
