Job Description:


1. Mentoring and guiding student nurses during their clinical placements.

2. Supporting the induction of new nurses, ensuring compliance with clinical quality standards, and enhancing professional development through education and evaluation

Qualifications: Applicants must be in possession of Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or a related field with Nursing certification. With at least two (2) years’ work experience.

Key Competencies: Prior experience in teaching, preceptorship, or mentoring within a clinical setting is highly desirable, Strong knowledge of clinical quality standards and nursing practice protocols and Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
