Responsibilities

Play a wide musical range including folk melodies, classical pieces and simple accompaniments suited to different ages.

Improvise and accompany eurythmy movement sensitively and responsively.

Work closely with eurythmy teachers and contribute to a child’s daily rhythm.

Learn eurythmy’s musical requirements if not already familiar.

Demonstrate punctuality and build warm rapport with children.

Requirements

Pianist with strong improvisational skill and ability to follow and support movement in real time.

Familiarity with Waldorf education or eurythmy preferred (training can be provided).

Varied musical vocabulary suited to different ages and moods.

Reliability, warmth and enjoyment in working with children.
