Nairobi Hospital Senior Human Resource Officer-HR Analytics & Culture Jobs in Kenya;To lead people analytics, performance management, learning and development, and culture initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness by providing data‑driven insights, supporting workforce planning, and promoting employee engagement and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR analytics by developing dashboards, scorecards, and workforce reports.
Monitor and analyse workforce metrics including recruitment, turnover, absenteeism, engagement, diversity, training effectiveness, and performance trends.
Implement and continuously improve the performance management framework.
Monitor compliance, analyse outcomes, and recommend performance enhancements.
Coordinate learning and development initiatives including training needs assessments, annual training plans, and leadership development programmes.
Support talent management, succession planning, and organizational development through analytics.
Lead employee engagement surveys, culture assessments, and employee experience initiatives.
Drive culture transformation initiatives that reinforce values, behaviours, and accountability.
Develop and monitor HR KPIs and provide evidence‑based insights to management.
Oversee HR data integrity, HRIS reporting, and compliance with reporting requirements.
Prepare periodic HR reports and workforce analytics for Executive Management and Board Committees.
Partner with HR Generalists and Employee Relations Officers to address workforce challenges.
Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and a high‑performance culture.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s Degree in HR Management, MBA, Organizational Development, or related field (advantageous).
Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP‑K).
Active registered member of IHRM.
Certification in HR Analytics, Performance Management, Organizational
Development, Learning & Development, or Change Management.
Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, including 3 years specializing in HR Analytics.
Core Competencies
Knowledge of HR practices, employee experience, talent management, and organizational development.
Strong understanding of Kenyan labour laws, CBAs, OSH requirements, and HR compliance.
Ability to interpret HR metrics, identify workforce trends, and recommend solutions.
Advisory, coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
High integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
Analytical, problem‑solving, and execution skills.
Digital literacy with HR systems, dashboards, and collaboration tools.
Change management capability and knowledge of hospital operations (advantageous).
