Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Kenya Registered Nurse or Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse from a recognized medical training college.

  • Registration by the Nursing Council of Kenya.

  • Valid practicing license.

  • Higher Diploma in one of the following disciplines: Peri‑operative Nursing, Critical Care Nursing, Oncology Nursing with Palliative Care, or Pediatrics/Neonatal Nursing.

    Job Description

  • Provide specialised nursing care in perioperative, critical care, pediatrics/neonatal, ICU, renal, and oncology units.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records on patient health condition and care.

  • Ensure a tidy and safe clinical environment.

  • Evaluate healthcare outcomes.

  • Prepare individualized reports, plan, and implement interventions.

  • Implement recommendations from research findings to improve nursing care.
