Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Community Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, or Nutrition and Dietetics.

  • Registration by the Council of the Institute of Nutritionists and Dieticians (CIND).

    Job Description

  • Provide nutrition services in healthcare facilities.

  • Conduct nutrition assessments and ward rounds.

  • Supervise inpatient feeding and analyze nutrition data.

  • Counsel patients with specific nutritional needs.

  • Implement supplementary and therapeutic feeding programs.

  • Promote maternal, infant, and child feeding programs.

  • Conduct nutrition health education and demonstrations.

  • Disseminate nutrition IEC materials.

  • Facilitate district health and nutrition steering groups.

  • Supervise baby‑friendly hospital initiatives.

  • Assess and review nutrition of referral cases.

  • Prepare monthly nutrition reports.
