Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Midwifery from a recognized institution.

  • Registration Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya.

  • Valid practising license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.

    Job Description

  • Provide holistic care by carrying out risk identification and assessment across the lifespan.

  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations in various healthcare settings.

  • Assess, formulate, plan, and implement evidence‑based nursing care for patients.

  • Create and maintain a safe nursing care environment.

  • Conduct clinical audits to improve patient care.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patients and their families.

  • Carry out therapeutic communication with patients and clients.

  • Conduct community health risk assessments and provide outcome‑based interventions.

  • Document interventions and nursing outcomes.

  • Participate in quality improvement and quality assurance procedures.
