Nairobi Adventist Hospital Human Resource Officer Jobs in Kenya; We are seeking a dynamic and result‑oriented Human Resource Officer to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations and ensuring effective implementation of the hospital’s people management policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

  • Coordinate performance management and staff welfare programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.

  • Handle employee relations and provide guidance to staff and supervisors.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.

  • Higher Diploma in HR Management or CHRP certification is an added advantage.

  • Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) with valid practicing certificate.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy HR environment, preferably healthcare or service sector.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
