Mwananchi Credit Ltd Product Manager Logbook Jobs in Kenya



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management and growth of the Logbook loan product portfolio.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product uptake and revenue growth.

  • Oversee product performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure portfolio quality.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to achieve targets.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product development with market needs.

  • Ensure compliance with microfinance regulations and secured lending standards.

  • Drive business development initiatives to expand market share.

    Must‑Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

  • Experience working in a Microfinance Institution is mandatory.

  • Proven experience managing Logbook loan products, sales strategy, product growth, and team leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of secured lending, business development, and portfolio management.
