Mwananchi Credit Ltd Product Manager – Check Off Loan Jobs in Kenya


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver check‑off loan products tailored to customer needs.

  • Drive customer‑centric product development and innovation.

  • Ensure compliance with payroll lending standards and regulations.

  • Lead sales strategy, product growth, and market expansion.

    Must‑Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

  • Experience working in a Microfinance Institution is mandatory.

  • Proven experience managing check‑off loan products, driving sales, and leading teams.

  • Strong understanding of product development, market expansion, and portfolio growth.
