Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Governance

  • Lead debt recovery strategies and framework implementation.

    Collections Operations

  • Oversee end‑to‑end collection workflows.

    Recovery & Legal

  • Manage portfolio recoveries and legal proceedings.

    Compliance & Customer Treatment

  • Ensure regulatory adherence and fair customer engagement.

    Analytics & People

  • Leverage analytics to optimize team performance and portfolio quality.

    Qualifications Required

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Law, or related field.

  • Master’s degree is an added advantage.

    Professional

  • CPA (K), ACCA, CCP, or Credit‑Management Certification.

    Experience

  • Minimum 10 years in banking or microfinance operations.

  • At least 5 years at senior management level.
