Responsibilities: • Oversee call center operations, performance, and staffing.
• Resolve customer issues and manage feedback. • Support training, handle escalations, and report key concerns.
Must have Qualifications Diploma or degree in a business-related field. 3-5 years' supervisory experience in a busy call center preferably in a microfinance/Financial Institution
