Museveni Scholarship

I applied at Makerere University for a masters in Human Resource Development and I was given admitted for the course but as of now I don't have the funds to do the masters, can you help me get the right scholarship scheme that can sponsor me? or how do I go about it to get a scholarship? Help please.
