Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming materials, chemicals) purchased by the company.
  • Prepare report of wrong delivery, overage and shortage and damaged of materials if it happens.
  • Submit the report to the store section head or assistance every week and month as required in company’s standard.
  • Prepare goods receiving note for the right materials purchased and stored in the store section.
  • Organize and store those materials on the appropriate place.
  • Prepare store issue voucher when the authorized requisition presents to store by users.
  • Perform ending balance of each stock items at end of the month(cutoff) and prepare weekly report
  • Perform any other similar activities as instructed by supervisors.

    Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Supply Management, Management, Procurement, Accounting and related fields with 2-4 years’ experiences on relevant position.
  • Sound knowledge of the methods, techniques, practices, in store areas and inventory system of each stock.
  • Coordinating and organizing the work of store related issues as a whole
  • Knowledge on stock management, and record keeping
  • Proactive approach to preventive and curative of any stock.
