Our client, an importer and distributor of heavy duty/ industrial kitchen equipment is recruiting a sales and marketing representative

Job Details

Act as a first point of contact for customers

Provide accurate information on the company’s product (e.g. features, pricing and after-sales services)

Answer customers’ questions about specific products

Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing

Ensure customer requirements are addressed in a timely manner

Maintain correspondence with clients seeking product information and various requests

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required

A minimum of BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or related field with and 3 years relevant experience .

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Detail oriented

Very good verbal and written communication skills in Amharic and English

Good computer skills (Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook)
