Multi Community Based Development Initiative MUCOBADI Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist Jobs in Uganda


Job Purpose:

  • The M&E Specialist on USIAD/ICARE activity will be responsible for designing and implementing the M&E activities of the project; assisting in preparing periodic reports on project progress; and will monitor the project activities on a regular basis, developing and maintaining the MIS of the Project and will be responsible for the collection & analysis of different data in relation to the project activities.

  • S/he will provide technical field support to the M&E unit and other ICARE staff including Program specialist, FAs, BIA and Para social workers to ensure appropriate tools are readily available and used to collect reliable data for tracking progress and project impact.

  • The job holder will enforce proper data collection and management processes, work closely
    with the entire project team to ensure that all project activities are in line with the work plan and are progressing towards attaining set goals and objectives of the project.

  • S/he will support the project team to appreciate M&E as a core function of their offices.
