Qualification

  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology

    Experience

  • Should have served for at least three (3) years as a Laboratory Technician.

    Other Information

    Key Competences required for the post

  • Should have good communication, interpersonal and team building skills.

    Any Other Requirements:

    Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas

  • Participate in proper collection, handling and transportation of specimens to the laboratory.

  • Carry out laboratory analysis, interpret results and submit reports to Clinicians.

  • Participate in research.

  • Manage and account for allocated resources.

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

  • Planning and budgeting for medical laboratory
  • activities

  • Adhere to professional Code of Conduct and Ethics

  • Carry out support supervision.
