We are currently looking for vibrant, energetic candidates, to join hands with us, in our exciting growth journey.

Reporting to the Production Officer, the Successful Candidate Will;

Key Result Areas:

Plan and carry out preventive maintenance of production machines with the assistance of the Engineering team,

Operate production machines efficiently with less or no wastage,

Control wastage of materials and recycling,

Ensuring that the products produced are of good quality,

Adhere to health and safety practices,

To oversee housekeeping around the machine area,

Check the materials provided to ensure rightful amounts and materials are provided,

Inspect the machines regularly to ensure they are

in good and operational condition,

Detect and report any faults to the Plant Maintenance Electrician/Mechanic,

Any other duties assigned by the Shift Supervisor.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education with a bias in science subjects,

With at least 1 year’s relevant work experience in a manufacturing plant.

Skills & Professional Attributes Required

Ability to work independently should have effective communication skills, sound decision-making skills, and good behavioral morals,

Excellent integrity, flexibility, good interpersonal, problem-solving, and creativity skills.

Should have a positive attitude, results focus, can work for long hours under pressure with minimum supervision,

Flexible & willing to be allocated anywhere as per the company’s requirements.
