Muki Farmers Extension Services Manager - Jobs in Kenya

Muki Farmers Co-operative Society Ltd. located in Nyandarua County wishes to recruit an Extension Services Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science/ Health or Veterinary Medicine
  • Work experience of at least 5 years in Agri-business,
  • Extension services or in Dairy sector.
  • Must be a registered member of Kenya Veterinary Board.

    Responsibilities
  • Identification of extension and training needs for farmers.
  • Supervision of Al, Agro-vet and Extension staff.
  • Planning and budgeting for Extension, Agro vet stores, and A.I. services.
  • Liaising and collaborating with Livestock /Agricultural farm inputs manufacturers, Government departments, Research stations, NGOs in extension services and society's development agenda.
