Job Description

Muday Charity Association is a non-profitable, non-political, non-religious and development oriented organization legally registered on October 4, 2012 G.C with the main purpose of providing care and support for vulnerable and needy children and women or single mothers.

This non-governmental organization has been working on helping vulnerable children and women or single mothers for 20 years.

Currently the organization wants to hire qualified applicants for the following post


Job Requirement: -

BA degree in Management, Economics, business administration and project Management

Experience: -

Five years and above, at least two years in administrative position

Additional requirements:-

High working ability of integration

Ability of writing proposals and link with donors

Good understanding of Ethiopian labor law and excellent communication skills with different stakeholders

Excellent writing and speaking skills of both Amharic and English

Good skills of Monitoring and evaluating the employee as well as the effectiveness the planned activities.

Supporting other employees activities whenever it is necessary

Executing other additional activities of the General manager when the General Manager is not available

Having problem solving skills and effective communication skills with colleagues , employees, beneficiaries and guests

Working skills of under pressure

Good report writing and coordination skills

Ability to supervise and support employees

Having knowledge on business oriented organization

Committed the vision and mission of the organization
