guidelines.

Manage and administer health records and information services.

Document medical, surgical, and related procedures. Coding and indexing of medical data.

Taking custody of medical records and maintaining confidentiality of health records. Provision of
advice on health records and information.

Developing health records and information
systems. Monitoring and evaluating health records and information systems.
