MSVL Group Sales Co-Ordinator Automotive / Manufacturing Jobs in Kenya



Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2–3 years' experience in sales administration or coordination

  • Supervisory exposure in automotive/heavy commercial vehicle spare parts is an advantage

  • Strong Excel, reporting, and CRM skills

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and follow-up skills

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with sales and other internal departments

    Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities of the sales team and monitor sales activities

  • Track inquiries, quotations, orders, leads, and customer follow-ups

  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and maintain customer records

  • Prepare sales reports and monitor pending tasks and deadlines

  • Follow up on customer issues and coordinate resolutions

  • Coordinate with Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts to support smooth order processing

  • Support the CSO/HOD in monitoring sales performance and compliance with sales procedures
