Key Responsibilities

    Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.

  • 3–4 years’ retail/store management experience.

  • Strong background in sales and service management.

  • Experience in budgeting and financial oversight.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of retail trade, brand, customer, and product understanding.

  • Strong business acumen and problem‑solving skills.

  • Passion for home décor and design.
