Mow Sports Club - Club Manager Jobs in Kenya

The MOW Sports Club based at South 'C' along Muhoho Avenue intends to recruit for the
positions of a Club Manager

The holder will report to the Management Board and will;

Manage all club activities and analyze all financial performance and organize work for all internal resources and recommend solution to increase productivity of club.

Design all financial plans and budgets and maintain inventory of all club equipment and supplies and implement all club programs according to club policy.

Develop all surplus and deficit statements for club and prepare required operating plan for same and implement all improvement strategies for club and supervise achievement of all club objectives.

Administer all surplus and deficit for club and prepare monthly reports for same and maintain good professional relationships with all members to recommend solutions to all issues and evaluate staff performance.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Business Management. Finance. Accounting, Hospitality, Marketing. Human Resource. Public Relations, or any related field.

Five years hands on experience in reputable sports/hospitality establishment.

Good understanding of the current

Labour Laws and Disciplinary process in a unionized environment, experience in managing Performance Appraisals. Training especially if gained in the hotel industry will be a distinctive advantage.

Should have knowledge in ERP system (computer skills and knowledge of related software) for budgeting, finance, management, human resource, and marketing.

Should demonstrate good leadership with good interpersonal skills. able to multi¬task and handle stress and pressure.
