Business Development Manager

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and deploying strategic business development plans and initiatives based on the organization's goals and objectives to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.

The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and business intelligence to the business development function..

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for growth
  • Develop proposals on business development opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Identify and develop critical business opportunities and integrate them into the corporate planning procedures.
  • Conduct research, analytics and develop reports to identify new opportunities, markets and customers
  • Lead the data management and business development analysis by leveraging the existing Management Information System (MIS) to ensure consistent information supply and the development of insights to enhance business efficiencies
  • Develop and disseminate periodic reports on business opportunities for the organization.
  • Manage the performance and professional development of the team '
  • Support and guide key deliverables for timely completion of Business Development projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the sector
  • Maintain industry knowledge and
    stay up'-to-date on the latest market trends, corporate planning procedures.
