The University operates from the main campus in Thika with campuses in Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Eldoret and Meru, as well as Open Distance and Electronic Learning (ODEL) centres located in major towns in Kenya, Burundi, Somaliland and Uganda.

Qualification

Education, Skills and Experience

Must have a Certificate in Food Production/ Food and Beverage Service/Hospitality Management or relevant area from recognized Institution.

Must have at least 1 years’ experience as Cook or comparable position.

Duties and Responsibilities

To prepare all types of foods as required.

To ensure cleanliness in the cooking area and cleaning of utensils in the kitchen.

To ensure proper use and maintenance of working equipments.

Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
