Job Title: Sales Executive – Motor Vehicles

Location: Nairobi

Salary: 40k + Commissions

Our client is a reputable and renowned car dealer.

They seek to hire a mature sales executive who is passionate and able to supervise, convince and aggressively promote the company’s products, identify customer needs and generate revenue through the conversion of sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, useful information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service
  • Maintaining a clear database that displays all lead contacts and status of prospects and Clients, showing the conversion rate of all leads in a particular
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and Identify target markets and analyze current market
  • Research customers’ needs and wants as well as competition information
  • Devise and implement strategic plans to meet customers’ demands
  • Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory to achieve set sales targets
  • Keep track of all customers and preferences by serving as the main contact liaison and maintaining clear customer contacts in a database
  • Generate revenue by engaging external prospects from events and marketing
  • Ensure optimal customer experience through service given and follow up on all
    inquiries
  • Attend events to increase brand awareness and acquire new contacts

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Sales and marketing or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the motor vehicle industry
  • Computer Literate
  • Must have a valid Driving License and ability to drive
  • Technical knowledge of current cars sold in the market
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizing skills, and customer management.
  • Ability to work independently, self- driven and highly motivated.
  • Knowledge of how to deal and cope with different types of personality, high emotional intelligence
  • Professional poise and pleasing personality
