Job Description

Mother and Children Rehabilitation Center (MCRC) is a non-governmental organization working for the survival and protection of vulnerable women and children.

Currently, MCRC wants to employ a Program Coordinator for the organization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:-

Coordinate the implementation of different activities of the project;

Facilitate the admission and reunification of beneficiaries;

Facilitate the provision of Psycho-social, medical, economic and temporary shelter services and supports for the beneficiaries of the organization;

Facilitate Home and School visits to make appropriate assessment of beneficiaries;

Prepare project proposals, concept notes, action plans and reports;

Facilitate meetings, workshops and trainings;

Perform other relevant tasks to be assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements

Qualification: BA in Social Work/ Sociology or related discipline from government universities

Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience

Tips: Proficiency in English & Amharic languages; competency in Word, Excel & Power point
