Morsan HR Consulting Sales Agent Intern Jobs in Kenya; The Sales Agent Intern supports sales and business development activities by identifying potential customers, promoting fintech products, onboarding new clients, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

The role requires energy, adaptability, professionalism, and strong communication skills to contribute to customer acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers via calls, referrals, social media, and field activities.

  • Support the sales team in promoting fintech products and services.

  • Explain product features, benefits, and usage to prospective customers.

  • Guide customers through registration, onboarding, verification, and activation.

  • Assist with product demonstrations and escalate complex queries.

  • Generate sales leads and conduct follow‑ups under supervision.

  • Participate in achieving individual and team sales targets.

  • Maintain records of leads, interactions, follow‑ups, and transactions.

  • Update customer and sales information in CRM systems and spreadsheets.

  • Support customer relationship building and maintenance.

  • Collect customer feedback and share observations with supervisors.

  • Respond to basic customer concerns and escalate technical issues.

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, activations, exhibitions, and roadshows.

  • Conduct basic competitor and market research.

  • Assist in preparing sales activity reports and performance updates.

  • Attend product training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.

  • Perform other reasonable sales or administrative duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales &
    Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, IT, Economics, or related field.

  • Basic understanding of sales, customer service, or CRM.

  • Interest in fintech, digital financial services, mobile apps, or digital payments.

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet platforms).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good interpersonal, persuasion, and customer service skills.

  • Willingness to learn, receive guidance, and feedback.

  • Self‑motivated, responsible, and target‑oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

  • Previous internship or exposure in sales/customer service is an added advantage.
