Morsan HR Consulting Front Office Agent Jobs in Kenya; Responsible for ensuring that all customers are attended to accordingly, while embodying and protecting the correct image of the organization.

    Responsibilities

  • Receive and attend to incoming guests at the reception.

  • Check in guests by assisting with forms and accompanying them to apartments.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping to stay updated on room status, location, type, and rates.

  • Ensure accurate inventory of apartment contents during check‑in and check‑out.

  • Assist tenants with appliance usage in apartments.

  • Receive calls and direct them appropriately using proper telephone etiquette.

  • Handle guest complaints regarding internet, Wi‑Fi, DSTV, laundry, etc.

  • Liaise with housekeeping supervisor on cleaning and guest requirements.

  • Assist tenants with queries on local services.

  • Support walk‑in guests with apartment viewings or reservations.

  • Follow up on tenancy lists to track vacant apartments.

  • Receive parcels or letters on behalf of tenants.

  • Assist guests in ordering meals or advise on dining options.

  • Liaise with maintenance for issues requiring escalation.

  • Ensure emergencies at night are resolved (e.g., faulty lifts, power failure, generator operation).

  • Ensure guest complaints are resolved promptly and appropriately.

  • Liaise with Food & Beverage department on in‑house guest meal plans.

  • Conduct proper filing of guest folios daily.
