Job Summary

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our workforce and contributing to our success. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT industry, its job market, and the ability to evaluate technical skills of potential candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their business and IT staffing needs.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for sourcing high-quality IT candidates.

Screen and interview candidates for a variety of IT roles, assessing their technical skills, experience, and fit for client needs.

Maintain a solid knowledge of the IT sector, including in-demand programming languages, platforms, and software such as Python, R, Java, .NET, JavaScript, Power BI, Tableau, AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation on all candidates, client interactions, and other recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Negotiate compensation packages and other terms of employment with candidates.

Stay updated on latest trends and

technologies in the IT industry to align recruitment strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Recruiter in the IT sector, preferably within a recruitment agency setting.

Familiarity with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews, and group interviews.

Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.

Knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and methods, and experience in candidate assessment.

Familiarity with IT-specific languages, platforms, and software.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in using ATS, recruiting software, and candidate databases.
