Mombasa Ports Sacco Marketing Executives Jobs in Kenya

Position Summary:

To help In the Implementation of marketing strategies aligned with organization strategic goals.

Job holder will be reporting to the Business Development Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruiting Sacco members as per set targets.

• Selling Sacco products

• Collecting members feedback

• Identity markets and develop ways of entry Into the markets

• Assist in loan tracking,repayment and collections.

• Give sales presentations to clients

• Organize sales visits

• Prospect for new business.

• Collection of competitor's lntelligences and reporting the same to the Business Development manager

• Preparation of weekly and monthly business reports.

• Member education Including passing -Sacco Information to the customers on.any new products/policies that may be Implemented.

• Ensure member retention strategies are Implemented.

• Track and report on the turn around time for various products and services.

• Performs any other duty assigned from time to time

Necessary Qualifications and Skills:

Qualifications:

• A diploma In Marketing or business-related Degree.

• KDSE Mean Grade of C and Above.

• Diploma In Co-operative management ill

be an added advantage.

• Knowledge at Naviasion ERP or Similar ERP solution or saccos will be an added advantage.

Skills and Desired Qualities:

• Good knowledge at the market and the Society's products and services

• Excellent communication skills- strong written & oral skills

• Negotiation and selling skills.

• Good people,Interpersonal and networking skills.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical ability In cross functional and multi-cultural environment.

• Sales prospecting. deals closing skills and professionalism

Experience:

Minimum 3 years relevant experience
