Mombasa Hospital Catering Manager Jobs in Kenya;The Catering Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations and management of the hospital kitchen. The role includes supervision of catering staff, food production and service, procurement, hygiene maintenance, and ensuring high standards of nutrition and service delivery.

Overall Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of the hospital kitchen.

  • Supervise Catering Department staff.

  • Manage food production and service.

  • Oversee procurement processes and stock management.

  • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

    Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from a recognized institution.

  • Higher National Diploma in Institutional Management is an added advantage.

  • Minimum three (3) years’ relevant experience as a Catering Manager in a busy hospital or hotel kitchen.

  • Knowledge in therapeutic nutrition is an added advantage.

  • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
