Mombasa Hospital Caterer/Cateress Jobs in Kenya; The Catering Supervisor will plan and support the delivery of safe, nutritious, and timely meals to patients, staff, and visitors. The role ensures adherence to dietary requirements, food safety standards, and hygiene practices while contributing to efficient meal service within the hospital.

Overall Responsibility

  • Plan and oversee the delivery of meals to patients, staff, and visitors.

  • Ensure adherence to dietary requirements and therapeutic nutrition standards.

  • Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene practices.

  • Contribute to efficient meal service operations within the hospital.

    Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma in Food and Beverage Management, Catering, or related field.

  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a busy hospital catering unit.

  • Knowledge in therapeutic nutrition is an added advantage.
