Duties and Responsibilities

Provide administrative and institutional support to a Member;

Shall collect and deposit the cheques for ward operations expenses

Maintain and update a monthly cash book and bank reconciliation

Keep the Member well informed about the transactions of the bank account

Custodian of ward office assests

Maintain the diary of a Member;

Be responsible for all County Assembly assets;

Ensure all the property of the County Assembly remains in the office.

Any other duty as may be assigned by the Board and a Member.

Application Requirements

For appointment to this grade, a person must have the following:-

National identity card or Passport

Certificate in KCSE, possession of KATC II is added advantage

Certificate in KCSE; Certificate of Good Conduct.

Mark on the envelope “A” if applying to serve the elected Member and “B” for nominated Member and “C” for Commissionaire position.
