Mombasa County Community Outreach Officers Jobs in Kenya

Required Qualifications

Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economics, Property Management and Valuation, Facilities Management, Building Economics, Architecture, Regional Development/Urban Planning, Building/Construction Management, Business Competency, Commerce, Public Administration or any other equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized university;

Have Proficiency in computer applications; and

Have good inter-personal and communication

Duties & Responsibilities

Revitalization of departmental projects within the County (Community)

Soliciting community input in matters Land Settlement, Land Development, Surveying and Tracking needs

Preparation of inspection and progress reports;

Build links with other stakeholders and agencies

Raise public awareness on issues relevant to the community

Set goals for improvement and response for active public participation and sensitization

Mediate matters of conflict

Any other duties that may be assigned by the County Director of Land Administration.
