Moja EV Kenya Senior Sales Executive Jobs;The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and business objectives. The role supervises and manages the sales team, sets and monitors performance targets, identifies new customers, oversees the sales process, and ensures strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Supervise and manage the sales team, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide guidance.

Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring timely achievement.

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to increase market share.

Manage customer relationships, addressing complaints, enquiries, and concerns.

Oversee the sales process from engagement and negotiation to payment and vehicle handover.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years’ sales experience, including supervisory or management roles.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets.

Experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, market development, and client relationship management.

Ability to develop and implement sales plans and strategies to increase revenue.

Valid Kenyan Driving License required.

Experience in automotive, electric vehicles, leasing, financing, or related industry is an advantage.

Ability to set sales targets, monitor performance, and prepare reports.

Strong negotiation, presentation, customer service, and communication skills.
