Mohamedali Karimjee Application Porcedure

I am of Moroccan nationality currently studying in France for an Engineering degree. I want to apply for a MSc in computer science in Oxford for the next academic year and I would like to apply for the Mohamedali Karimjee Trust scholarship.

Could you please tell me the procedure I should follow to apply to it.
