Mogo Finance Sales Officer Officer - Garissa Jobs in Kenya


The Sales Officer; will sell MOGO Kenya’s full range of financial products, including vehicles and loan solutions, while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company standards. The role requires strong communication skills, customer management, and the ability to meet branch sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell MOGO Kenya’s financial products to customers.

  • Handle sales of new and used cars, motorcycles, and three‑wheelers.

  • Execute loan issuance processes for potential customers.

  • Facilitate proper documentation for each sale.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as inspections and price updates.

  • Manage incoming customers and follow up until sales are completed.

  • Ensure adherence to MOGO sales process standards.

  • Reach branch sales targets through provided avenues.

  • Perform any other duties assigned.

    What You Will Need

  • Diploma or Degree in a business course or related field.

  • Minimum one (1) year of relevant sales experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint required).

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.

  • Resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Fluent in English and Swahili.

  • Good leadership skills.

  • Loyalty and integrity.
