About M-KOPA

We're looking for a Process Operations Manager for Kenya within the (Electric) Mobility Department who is organized, data-driven and proactive in a scalable way. Your main objective will be to build world-class administration and operations for M-KOPA's electric motorbike financing business, and to build a world-class team to accomplish the work.

You will report to the Director of Mobility.

You will;

  • Lead on the conceptualization, testing, and optimization of all processes in ways that accelerate sustainable business growth and consumer protection.

  • In collaboration with our software product management team, deploy automation software to lead more efficiency and accountability
    across the business.

  • Lead the department's insurance offering for customers, from policy structuring to process design to claims processing, and accident management and repairs.

  • Design and manage all logbook operations and administration from start to finish, including working with NTSA and setting up processes for serving customers.

  • Take full ownership of our master list of important processes, and work with department owners to hold teams accountable for process adherence and compliance.

  • Lead the setup of a team of professionals by process excellence, and help develop other team members through coaching, mentoring, and shared learning.

    Education

  • Bachelor's degree.

    Experience

  • 3 or more years of professional experience in administration and operations within the asset finance, insurance, and transportation industries.

  • Preference for candidates with a understanding of motorbike financing processes
