Mirema School Graphic Designer & Videographer Jobs in Kenya; Mirema School is a Christian institution seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Videographer to join the Marketing Department. The role focuses on creating visually compelling designs, capturing high‑quality video content, and ensuring brand consistency across all media platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to produce content that promotes the school’s values, culture, and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Create high‑quality graphic designs for print and digital platforms including posters, flyers, social media content, newsletters, and publications.

  • Capture and edit videos for events, campaigns, social media, and marketing needs.

  • Maintain and update brand assets, ensuring consistent application of guidelines.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on content calendars, campaign visuals, and multimedia projects.

  • Innovate and test new creative approaches to enhance audience engagement.

  • Manage photography and videography for events, ensuring consent procedures are followed.

  • Organize and archive design files, video footage, and creative assets.

  • Provide technical and creative input during brainstorming sessions and project planning.

    Requirements / Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Media, or related field.

  • Proven experience in graphic design
    and videography (portfolio required).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

  • Strong eye for detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.

  • Good understanding of social media content trends and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

  • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
