This position reports to the General Manager

Job Overview

Responsible For

Tracking the company's financial performance, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts,

Supporting company leadership to make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to company leadership

Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting

Identifying financial performance trends and financial risk, and making recommendations

Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes

Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization

Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies

Develop models that help with decision-making

Exercise due diligence and skill, integrity and safeguard company interests

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or related field.

Proven minimum of 3 years experience in the financial industry.

Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications.

Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.

Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Honest, diligent and trustworthy
