Qualifications & Competencies

The candidate requires to have the following minimum qualifications:

A bachelor degree in any field but preferably in areas related to health, community development, education and social sciences. Additional qualifications including certifications is a plus

At least five years’ experience in in fields related to project implementation, capacity building, health services delivery, etc at national and district level in Uganda

Knowledge of the national and health sector level policies and operational procedures

Experience with malaria program is desirable.

Strong computer and communications skills with ability to write lucid reports within tight timelines
