Personal Assistant to MRS Director
Ref: MRS/PA/04/2019

The job holder will work within Minet Risk Solutions Division and will among others analyze data into reports that provides business and market intelligence.

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare Market Share Reports; Market Security
Reports; Revenue Walk Reports; Indices & Benchmarking

Offer administrative support to MRS Director

Analyze macro and micro insurance data

Analyze market trends to support business strategic decisions

Assist in preparation of Business Strategy reports

Champion the new product development process in liaison with the Research and Development Team

Collect and analyze insurance market trends data

Developing actionable insights to help optimize business relationships with existing clients

Champion the thought leadership process by
informing the business on Global trends and
conducting Industry and Market Analysis

Conduct BCA (Business Case Analysis) for new
products, business lines or strategy to be adopted
by the business

Lead the adoption of digital strategy as a distribution channel and be the custodian of the digital tools to be used.

Ensure Seamless customer service to all customers

Ability to formulate improved customer satisfaction indices

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Actuarial, Economics or Finance

Knowledge of General Insurance

Over 3 years’ experience in a similar role
